CurrentIn my current role, I play an integral role as a member of the SCJS senior management team, leading on capability and capacity building programmes in the best interests of the UK Government, EU Commission, and other international donors.I am recognised for managing the development and delivery of the following Rule of Law projects to completion, since promotion to this position.Some of my valuable career highlights can be found below:• Illicit Financial Flow Project, Pakistan: On behalf of the FCDO, provided sustainable multi-agency working to combat financial crime, including money laundering and the funding of terrorism through collaboration with five key law enforcement agencies of Pakistan.• Organised Immigration Crime, Pakistan: Ensured smooth delivery of a bespoke training programme to Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) immigration and anti-human trafficking investigators by leading the project, which was commissioned by Immigration Enforcement International (UK) and funded through the CSSF.• Counter Funding of Terrorism (CFT) Training, Kenya: Steered the delivery of a bespoke training and capacity building programme to the Kenyan authorities to combat the funding of terrorism as commissioned by the British High Commission, Nairobi.• Crime Scene Management & Crime Scene Coordination Online Training, Trinidad & Tobago: Developed and delivered an online training course for CSI training staff enabling them to introduce CSM and CSC into the training curriculum for police officers and CSIs• Financial Investigations, Ethiopia: Commissioned by DCAF, the Geneva Centre for Security and Governance to deliver bespoke financial investigation training using an online platform for the Ethiopian Federal Police.
