• Worked extensively across Europe in the field of criminality information exchange.• Project Manager for the European Commission funded UK ECRIS Support Programme (ESP).• Project managed numerous projects requiring the identification of stakeholder requirements including a €1.8m European Commission co-funded Project concerning fingerprint exchange across the EU. • Skilled in analysing the current situation of EU Member States where a project’s end product, such as fingerprint exchange arrangements, will be deployed.• Experience in working in an International environment having delivered a range of presentations and workshops throughout Europe, the Caribbean, South Africa and in the USA. • Significant experience in collecting and presenting reliable, comparable and official data on the situation of criminal record exchange and associated data protection considerations throughout the European Union.• Successfully facilitated workshops and conferences with EU Member States regarding criminal record and fingerprint exchange.• Knowledge of stakeholder and end user requirements following the successful completion of numerous internal projects including the introduction of a database designed to cater for 100,000 Police Certificate applications per annum.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills developed in order to effectively manage 120 staff and work as part of the Senior Management Team of a nationally recognised award winning organisation. • Significant experience in managing finance and conducting cost benefit analysis for proposed organisational changes at a strategic level.

Disseminate analytical information relating to DNA and fingerprint matches in the most appropriate and useable format to intelligence officers, police managers and other appropriate personnel through verbal, written and graphical presentations. Research, collect, evaluate and analyse intelligence entering Forensic Intelligence, particularly for young recidivist offenders to produce accurate analytical products at all levels as outlined by the National Intelligence Model. Propose possible solutions to current and predicted criminal activity by advising senior managers in the development of work undertaken.Establish potential links and associations between nominals and offences illustrating these to inform and assist police investigations.

Assess and evaluate the quality of fingerprints and amend in order to maintain the best quality database for future comparison. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Hampshire Constabulary portion of the National Fingerprint Collection.Compare fingerprints in order to confirm or establish a person’s identity.
