During my placement at McLean & Kerr LLP, I performed various duties and tasks such as gathering client information relevant to on-going cases; preparing documents such as Request to Clerk, Supporting Affidavits and Notices of Motion. I also summarized legal proceedings, observed court proceedings such as Small Claims and Administrative Tribunals, and worked on files in regards to Employment Law matters, such as preparing demand letters and gathering information.

Managing day to day operations of Front Office, such as staff schedule, payroll, planning and coordinating of events, preparing contracts, ordering and maintaining inventory of items, and other administrative and clerical duties such as billing, and filing.
