I have worked in the domestic gas industry for 15yrs in both insurance & social housing roles .I've very much enjoyed being "on the tools" but due to a knee injury 2 years ago I've realised the time has come to fine a role thats more desk based . Luckily for me I've found my self already working for a forward thinking organisation .That needs experienced & skilled people who are not afraid of new challenges.& so I'm very excited to be taking on a new position that's is as some have said the perfect fit for me ! Gas triage .so for those who that doest mean much it's remote repair if possible by video link and it thats not possible relying extra information & possible parts required to the attending engineer .It's a win either way for the customer .we eithet get them up & running again much more quickly or the repair is carried out a lot quicker. I very much enjoy helping the customers & my colleagues so its very much a win for me to.
