New concept restaurant in the planning stages in the Wynwood area of Miami. Restaurant will consist of three levels,main dinning room, rooftop bar/restaurant and cooking school.Working with owner engaging potential investors. Created proforma, ROI and pre opening budgets.

Freidfield Breslin LLC owns and operates the Breslin Bar / dining room, John Dory Oyster Bar, Ace hotel lobby bar and event facility. Responsible for annual budget preparation and presentation. Monthly P&L preparation,management letter, balance sheet reconciliation and forecast. Daily leader to the accounting staff and restaurant management team.

The OUT Hotel is NYC's first urban resort named "Top 10 Most Beautiful Hotel Gardens in the World" by Fodor's. Financial Leader of the resort which consisted of 105 guest rooms, spa facility, 165 seat restaurant and 14,000 square foot nightclub/event facility. Part of the opening executive team, created all templates, policy and procedures, set up IT systems. Hired accounting team, trained and reviewed. Created hotel culture with executive team, implementation of culture and owners vision.

IMPULSIVE GROUP, New York, NY March 2011-Nov.2011A lifestyle hospitality company specializing in boutique hotel development and management and luxury yacht charters. Corporate Controller • Managed the financial responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of four boutique hotels, including the Sanctuary Hotel, which was renovated to 4 stars with an 80 seat restaurant. Worked with owner to establish the Management Company. • Implemented accounting SOPs for all hotels, train and hired new staff. Established the budget for all four properties. Work closely with CPA firm that prepared P&L and balance sheet reconciliations to convert from QuickBooks to Data Plus. Trained and developed staff to assume responsibility of preparing the P&L and maintaining the balance sheet at the property level.

ONE BAL HARBOUR RESORT AND SPA, Miami, FL March 2010-Dec. 2010A 26-story luxury condominium complex with resort, bar, pool and spa as well as other high-end amenities.Senior ConsultantEnhanced accounting procedures and created processes for various management fees, rental program procedures, shared facility and hotel condo maintenance fees. Revamped closing journals and trained accounting staff. Responsible for month end processes, payroll, and income audit, accounts payable and general cashier. Reconciled financial statements and revamped the consolidation processes to roll up 23 entities into a consolidated P&L. Prepared documents for audits.

HOTEL QT/ ROOM MATE HOTELS, New York, NY Feb. 2005-Jan.2010Boutique hotel in the heart of New York City with indoor pool, sauna, event space, lounge and full-service bar.General Manager (May 2008-Jan. 2010)Oversaw the operation of the 139-room hotel with multiple food and beverage outlets. Partnered with Corporate Sales Director, Public Relations and Marketing to promote the Roommate brand. Influenced the redesign of the hotel exceeding the expectations of the new ownership. Served as the Human Resources liaison. Traveled to the corporate office in Spain for brand training. Controller (Feb. 2005-May 2008)Instrumental in cost controls, budgeting process, and training of accounting staff and department managers. Produced forecasts, cash flow projections, capital budgets, month-end closing, and profit and loss analysis. Worked with the corporate hotel controller on special projects and served as backup controller at sister properties, The Raleigh and The Standard Miami in the absence of their controllers.
