New year, new challenges. Starting 2021 I will be managing two new Adobe Analytics teams in Bucharest: the UI team and the one that powers up all the reports of Adobe Analytics (see here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8I6bqCk7gO6YdoMz6W5fvw/featured)Starting March 2019, I am managing the new AdCloud team in Romania, part of the bigger AdCloud team from the Adobe Marketing Cloud. Between March 2018 and March 2019 I was managing one team from the Adobe Audience Manager group in Romania. We worked on the updates to the Segmentation engine, one critical project for the Audience Manager group.

Hired as a Program Manager and worked in the Video Solutions group from the beginning, in the initial year dealt with a couple of seeds and 1.0 products, one of them being Open Source Media Project project - http://osmf.org/.Between 2010 and 2017 I was focusing on Adobe Pass (Adobe Primetime Authentication http://www.adobe.com/products/adobe-pass.html) and I am very proud of our little Emmy plaque :)Became Sr. Program Manager beginning of 2011 and started the people manager track on April 2012.On March 2017 I moved to the Adobe Audience Manager product (https://www.adobe.com/analytics/audience-manager/features.html), as a Sr Program Manager.My career changed in March 2018, when I've accepted the challenge of Engineering Management.

Worked for the main product of the group, the (Asset) Software Management. Hired initially as a Product Mgr and switched to both Project and Product later on.

Hired directly as a Project Manager and dealt with a couple of Phare/Europen projects, all delivered in time and budget. Biggest of them was the RORIS 1, a multi million euro project in which we were part of a bigger consortium and I took care of the overall software implementation from Teamnet team.

Learned a lot!Continuously worked on the main Payroll application, while designing and implementing the engine that stood behind all the applications developed by the company.In 2004 worked on a Phare project for ANR Constanta (developer, analyst and part project managing)
