Coordinate a team of stewards every day and throughout the day supervise them and the kitchen areas making sure we were well supplied with the equipment they needed for their job. Every time a new shipment of chemicals arrived, take a new inventory of it and figure out how long the current stock would last and every month take inventory of all the glassware, silverware and plate-ware throughout all the kitchen in the hotel. Pulled the necessary kitchen equipment for any events the hotel might be having plus taking them back inside. Keep an attendance log of all my team members and performance reports as well. Fixing their workhours as needed, sending requests for MVR's and prepare employee's onboarding to get them ready for work.

Every day I'd either create boards for the housekeepers, supervisors and housemen, assign rooms, be the main contact point towards the entire hotel from the housekeeping department, manage guest requests, ECO's, SO's and guest complaints, and send an hourly pacing report of VCI's, VD's and VC's, or help with supervising and inspecting rooms, assisting housekeepers and housemen as well as guests.
