- Quotations and Designs of Kitchens and Bars produced to cater for the required Menu types.- Informing and keeping upto date the Brewery Area Managers and suppliers of ongoing works.- Arrange delivery and install of equipment for required dates with our Accounts and Purchasing teams.- Liaising with architects, site engineers and clients through telephone calls, e-mails and site visits.- Overseeing installations on site, speaking with our installation team and the site contractors on any issues that may arise in order to rectify them.- Site surveys of premises due to be refurbished.

- Successfully dealing with the companys' existing client base and canvassing for new business.- Arranging site meetings to discuss the clients requirements.- Site surveys of room layouts and analysing the condition of existing equipment. - Liaising with contractors on additional plumbing, gas or electrical supplies required.- Dealing with tender documentation's requiring our pricing for required deadlines.

- Drawing Designs provided for various sites including, Brewery, Restaurant, Sport Stadia and Bars. - Dealing with sales telephone calls and walk in customers face to face.- Updated the Sales Team and colleagues with work completed.- Maintained a drawing and quotation filing system.- Supported the Managing Director with quotations, drawings and client support.

- Updated and monitored spreadsheets of the companies Asset Register detailing a list of equipment and recent repairs for customer sites which were updated on an ongoing basis.- Produced operating manuals of catering equipment tailored for each individual site installation.- Produced kitchen designs using AutoCAD.- Advising and supporting senior managers.
