Lead estimator for the Houston region. Responsible for handling both fixed price and T&M proposals for clients in the chemical and refinery sectors. I handle bid walks, material/labor takeoffs, estimate summary, and preliminary scheduling with operations. I cover mechanical, pipe fabrication & installation, steel erection, and civil disciplines for small capital or short turnarounds. Projects range from 100k to 40MM

Responsible for handling bids with value of up to $10 Million. Handle all aspects of a bid and proposal. Manage interns that handle MTO's and RFP's to subcontractors. Collaborate with other estimators on any large value projects greater than $10M.

Responsible for putting together bids up to $3 Million in value. Put together material takeoffs (MTO's), performing labor takeoffs, and working together with subcontractors.

Was assigned to a $43M construction project in Clute, Texas. Was a coordinator responsible for all document control, change orders, weekly schedule updates, purchase orders, and invoicing. Was also a member of the estimating team for this project before working in the field to run it.
