Mr. Marshall is a Professional Engineer with over thirty years of experience in the Oil and Gas EPCM industry working on major domestic and international pipeline and civil projects. He has a proven track record of successful project completions and effective resource management through the use of sound technical, financial and business acumen combined with strong leadership, training, delegation and motivational skills in a variety of cultural environments.Mr. Marshall’s varied and extensive experience managing several major international projects requiring large and diverse project teams has required effective interfacing/communication with clients, governmental organizations and Aboriginal stakeholders. This experience has provided him with the global vision and skill set required to manage large complex projects.Mr. Marshall’s project experience in the international market has covered a variety of challenging terrain, including crossing the mountainous landscapes between Argentina and Chile, where he was tasked with making difficult routing decisions through both the mountains and river crossings.Mr. Marshall is currently Project Director for WorleyParsons providing technical support to Northern Gateway Pipelines LP for Technical Studies - Pipelines
