Following my studies in ITB Blanchardstown I moved on to Emovis Operations. Currently I am working as a customer service representative with Emovis Operations Ireland. This job has provided me with valuable customer and office experience. The job sees myself dealing and helping with multiple customers on a daily basis, enabling me to improve my people skills, communication skills and also gives me more experience working with technology. At times there can be a lot of pressure involved but it is something I've learned to manage quite well during my time there.
