I'm a partner in Morgan Lewis's Tax Practice. I represent corporate clients in all aspects of tax controversy and tax litigation. I advise clients in administrative proceedings with the Internal Revenue Service and state tax authorities, and represent clients in the U.S. Tax Court and various U.S. District Courts, as well as appellate advocacy in the U.S. Courts of Appeals. My experience includes large corporate tax controversies involving companies' U.S. and foreign operations, with particular experience in domestic and international corporate matters, including payroll and benefits issues. I represent clients in a variety of industries, including financial, technology, energy, transportation, and other professional services. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, I served as a law clerk to Judge Foley of the U.S. Tax Court.
