I have been working in Medical Business for over 25 years. At first in drug promoting, then medical equipment selling to public market and finally leading the multi P&L team in GE Healthcare dedicated to the biggest private medical chains in North Eastern Europe. I have been involved in health services management for six years, first as the macroregion director at Affidea (operations, 300+ employees), and currently as the infrastructure and investment director at Tomma (PZU Zdrowie Group).My universal, medical and economical education allows me to understand deep sense of problems and combine patients’ needs, interests of the medical sector and medical science and products transforming it finally into the success of a medical company like successfully promotion of new launched drugs, equipment and treatment methods. I initiated and directed for 7 years MultiSlice CT Workshop, one of the biggest annual radiology congress in CEE.I have always looked for “win-win strategy” both in business and internal relations. Team satisfaction is for me extraordinarily important.
