I created and implemented sales budgets in my area (Eastern Europe - PL, CZ, SK, HU, RU, RO, UA, BLR, Baltic States).I managed the sales and sales support team (13 people). I created a strong team, employing the right people, training them, properly motivating them, setting SMART goals, delegating authority and responsibility, allowing mistakes but requiring thinking and learning from my own and others' mistakes, accounting for the results.
