After merely 3 years I have found myself being the Youth and Family Director of the largest YMCA facility in San Antonio Texas. This was not an easy task. No, I did not get it because of some extensively glossed resume. Nor did I get it from knowing the right person(s). I earned it, due to my love and willingness to serve a community whom led me from unrighteous paths. This is a position that deserves time, effort and an unmeasurable amount of love.
