Lead, direct and manage the design planning and development activities of JV markets for the expansion and development of architecture planning and urban design for the Middle East and other European and Asia regions. All with the intention of developing and expanding the business and service envelope of the group.Projects and markets include India, Barthia new town 400 million sf of full new city development -housing-retail-public space-entainment-hospatality-IT community, schools, medical, residential set at the edge of the existing city to set the standards for quality life in India and Bangalore. In addition in India developed and designed 2 new residential and office communities in Mumbai and Deli ave. size 6 million sf. mixed use communities.Saudi, new town in town, 10 million sf made up of residential towers, retail, hospitality and office as well as medical hospital and research facilities 10 millions sf. China developed master plans for new communities mixed use 10 projects average size 6000 residences with support facilities and functions for a living new town community.

Director lead for the commercial studio for the office. Operated as a senior designer manager for the studio. Developed business for the firm and managed and completed hotels, residential communities, urban planning, master planning for new communities and redevelopment of urban centers. Received design awards for work as well as contributed and lead the development of business which resulted in growing the UAE office from the initial 3 staff to the present staff of 100 in 3 years.Lead the company into commercial architecture and management services in the USA as well as the Middle East.I operated as a hands on designer and leader were as I provide design services as well as managed other projects. The role was directly connected and involved in the project work. In addition I managed the overall work of the studio and the development of clients.
