Designed, ordered equipment, installed, and started up new fabrications shop. Hired and trained all personal for shop. Set all production schedules and managed all areas of production and production hours. Implemented PM schedule and performed all maintenance on equipment.

• Head football coach for youth program. Set all practices and training to be covered at each one. Contact with all parents for daily and weekly schedules and revised schedules.• Program director of 250+ youth football program. Interviewed all potential board members, coaches, and program volunteers. Submitted proper paper work for all field permits and league paper work for required training for all coaches, and backgrounds checks. Worked with county personal to set up a yearly budget and inventory and order all necessary equipment.• Handled all parent orientations and parent issues. Oversaw all the programs teams to ensure the proper training and guidance were being implemented.

• Directed and coordinated plant operations within company policies and procedures. Conferred with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping. Help develop company KPI and acceptable target range for all plants. • Responsible for all production goals and set production schedules to meet and exceed goals. Developed and implemented quality control program for all products. Managed all hazmat in plant and enforced all OSA regulations. • Directly responsible for plant P&L monthly report and implement plans based off report. Attended company training and meeting as required for advancement, new policy, and yearly overview.• Foster a well-motivated and trained staff and conducted all employee reviews. Selected and trained all plant supervisory staff, and scheduled and conducted all plant meetings. Managed and handled all plant HR responsibilities. • Implemented PM’s on all plant equipment. Preformed all maintenance on T 16 an 22 Double Head Threaders, Victaulic and Pace Groovers, SA350 Automatic Cold Saw, Automated Welder, Cypress Welder, Hand Power and feeder units, Hydraulic lift and turns, Drill press, Automatic Make on both electric and pneumatic controls. • Operating knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, Access, and SECAT
