- Responsible for pre-sales counseling, order processing, quality assurance, and post-sales inquiries and problem resolution; providing guidance and counsel to customers via phone, chat and email.
- Managing correspondence with customers.
- Ensuring proper spelling and grammar in all personalized product orders, as well as proper photo / graphic placement.

- Addressing feedback provided by customers post-sale and providing constant process improvement
