Coordinated the successful relocation of over 88 departments, roughly 2300 staff, and the move of roughly 200 patients in to their new 362 bed hospital. The approximate cost of the entire RiverBend campus development was $567 million. Worked with key executive leaders to include the Chief Operating Officer, Vice Presidents, Assistant Administrators, Directors, & Managers to ensure good communication and the successful activation of their new operations.
