19+ years of experience in staff leadership, operational licensing & certification coordination, project management, program design, process design, master planning, operational planning, & activation planning. I have been able to add value by identifying solutions to operational, business, financial, and logistics issues in organizations & facilities all over the country. I have directed and participated in over 50 operational activation projects and filled multiple roles along the way as a health facilities officer for the U.S. Air Force; as an owner’s rep in a private healthcare system; and as operations activation consultant/manager.
