Started as a Tech Support Agent, answering phone calls and assisting clients with technical issues. After about half a year, was promoted to an Offline position, tackling more difficult issues. After 6 months in this position I was promoted to a Lead (first level management, on floor duties) and was also the direct contact for a high level client. From there, I eventually moved to being a Lead over one team during the week, and the general Online team and a dedicated team on weekends.

Worked overnights/mornings as a RCA. Took care of clients with special needs overnight, prepped the living space for morning, and assisted with morning duties (setting our food, assisting some clients with eating, etc). Due to client's special needs I regularly used deescalation techniques to separate clients and maintain client's emotional state in complex situations. I additionally took down information as needed for our nursing staff, including but not limited to BMs, seizure types and frequency, and food eaten.

During the school year I work as a night cashier and a trainer for new employees. When school is not in session the job resembles more of an assistant manager position.

I graded papers and proctored tests for one of Dr. Geoghegan's classes.

I gracefully constructed sandwiches, interfaced with customers, and worked on the general upkeep of the Subway establishment at which I worked.

I and my partners were paid a sum of money to create a database, website, and program.

I helped with the overall upkeep of his farm, mostly working with animals and the upkeep of buildings.
