The contract value for this project was $275,000,000.00 AUD Undertook lead role in procuring all Consultancy Agreements and related budgets. In total twenty four Consultancy Agreements were procured during this time. Commercial duties also included timely evaluation and payment of consultant progress claims submitted underBCIPA legislation, cash flow forecasts, monthly accrurals and general commercial administration.

Other duties include assisting in the preparation of headcontract variations, building services coordination and health, safety and environmental matters.Commercial responsibilities also extend to preparation and submission of RFIs, delay claims, timely evaluation and payment of subcontractor progress claims submitted underBCIPA legislation, contra-charge notices and general commercial administration.
