With an expertise in the law enforcement profession, I serve as an adjunct instructor for the ACSO Regional Training Center's POST Basic Police Academy, entrusted with insuring that law enforcement recruits receive current, practical training, meeting CA POST minimum standards in tested learning domains including; child abuse, crime scene investigation; the handling of disputes and civil matters, incident command systems, and an overview of the law enforcement internal affairs process, guaranteeing that graduates of the 29-week program are prepared to handle the challenges faced throughout law enforcement.

Patrol Division

Retired mid-level manager responsible for law enforcement operations, with prior assignments in the Patrol, Criminal Investigations, and Administrative Services Divisions of a mid-sized, municipal law enforcement agency. Significant positions and specialized training include: press information officer, detective, crime scene investigator, development of Alcoholic Beverage Control and Tobacco Retail Licensing programs, and part-time instructor for POST Basic Police Academy.
