Keep track of all inbound loads and air freight loads. Making sure that loads are being received in by the given UPH to cut down cost. Reading emails and getting with management daily to check what loads is priority. Training associates on receiving procedures and cross training associates on all receiving functions. Get with management, Wave Management and Inbound Transportation to see if any loads are priority. Making sure all ASN’s are received in full and verify shipments once completed. Get with associates soon as possible about missing cases if they missed received. Keep refreshing associates on C-TPAT procedures. Keep up with the receiving log and other receiving reports. Get with Inbound Transportation if trailers come in with incorrect seals or paperwork and report any loads with issues as soon as possible. Responsible to keep associates on task with house-keeping and other safety procedures. Trained and certify to drive a pacer and electric pallet jack. Was part of the Action Team.Making sure that audits on the product is done and then making sure to keep up with the information on the company’s vendor’s compliance report.Follow the procedures of CT-PATKeeping up with the receiving log, making sure loads are getting received in 100%. If cases are missing then I will go in our WMOS system and research to figure out where the missing case(s) can be.Research and find missing cases and fix any problems that comes in like duplicate labels, cases in don not exist status, etc.
