Maintenance of all different type of vehicle and Equipment be-ing used on the Mine, : Light, Medium, Heavy Vehicles, Mobile cranes, Locomotives, Safety Standards,and Budget controls. Then Foreman Civil Mine and town Services. Reponsible for all the Contractors and civil works related on the mine. Also responsible to maintain all repairs and upgrading of all the Exxaro houses and Hostels in the Lephalale Area.

A complete new planning department was developed and implemented in this factory under my supervion.

Started my Career as a apprentice as Fitter, completed my Trade manship at Iscor Vanderbijlpark and Pretoria works. Work in both factories. Be Promoted to Assistant Technician at Vanderbijlpark works as a specialist in ID Fans, Compressors and the Low steam Pressure Boilier house. Gas Turbines, and all related Maintenance aspects.
