• Started in the Payment Investigations Department working mainly with account reconciliation of Cheque Book, Direct Debit, Standing Order and Charges Accounts.
• Moved to telephone-based roles aiding the bank and its customers in retrieving lost funds.
• Volunteered to assist the bank in process improvements within the Payment Services Department when the Bank was attempting to set a challenger bank called Williams and Glynn. Role was a year and a half of learning new.

• The last secondment I completed was for 6 months working in the Faster Payments Fraud Team where it was our job to interview customers with suspicious payments on their account to ensure it was genuine and not fraud.
