During that time, he guided the roll-out and localization of Brazil and LATAM workforce solutions for various companies including a boutique software developer, a premier managed services and vendor management firm, and a top-tier social media company. Those solutions include RPO, contingent worker strategy, staffing, on-boarding, employee benefits, risk management, compliance, and compliance training.Rob is a member of the New York Bar Association, Brazilian Bar Association, and professor at Universidade Cândido Mendes and Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
