Work closely with the Campus President in constructing outreach and recruitment plans that consistently allow the campus to build a funnel of viable candidates for our Nursing Programs. Construct daily and weekly standards that help representatives to meet or exceed “glide path” in order to attain assigned budgets for the Columbus, Ohio Campus. Spear headed the growth of the campus from 150 to 295 students which totaled $180K in revenue – 20% more than other campuses of similar size.Cultivate direct reports through weekly “one-on-ones” that offer opportunities for constructive input that create strong leaders within the organization. Key Accomplishments:Span of control is 7+Admissions representatives, 2 Directors of Education, and span of influence is 30+ across cross functional teams. Utilized cross functional relationships across the campus to push growth based on referral events and retention events. Assisted in improving retention by 17%.Based upon referral success at the campus assisted Regional Director of Admissions with a region wide referral training.
