Sky have given me the opportunity to start my career in IT. Right now i am in the learning process of Software Development. I have achieved my qualification of IT and Telecoms professionals SCQF level 6. the next year will be building on experience in working with many languages on a day to day basis. I mainly handle small changes to existing services. This does mean that i need to have knowledge of the technology I am using, for example Genesys systems.
