Responsible for the Operational Performance of circa. 1412 ATM. Currently replacing the old ATM Network with new up-to-date ATM, working with contracted business partners to provide a high performing, high availability ATM Network.My Operational Team are now also going to be responsible for Teller Cash Recyclers within Post Offices across the Network and support other self service devices as required as the future of cash continues and access to cash becomes even more important to communities.I am very proud to be the Operational Lead for such a major part of the business, including support for self service devices within our Banking Hub locations as they continue to role out over the coming 12 months.Access to cash is so important to communities and technology that can play a big part in supporting Postmasters due to the high increase in deposits and withdrawals is a fantastic and exciting area to work within.Exciting times indeed

Supporting Network Change as Post Office changed Network with it's biggest project in many years. this role was about engaging with existing Postmasters or Potential new operators to either transform the existing Post Office on or off-site or leave the business if a suitable new operator was successful. Very much about transformation and modernisation of the entire Network.This role involved negotiation skills at a high level, sales and customer service to support along every part of the process from signing contracts to onsite project site visits and the full transformation, closure and re-opening of offices, working with internal and external stakeholders and contractors to get the job done!Very much afield based role involving travel regularly across Yorkshire, North West and Midlands regions.
