Dr Robert Mołdach inspires growth policies in healthcare, digital agenda and smart specialisation. He is a practitioner who focuses on system reforms that reduce inequalities, improve the quality and safety of care and increase its clinical and financial efficiency.Robert is a member of the High Expert Panel to the Commissioner for Patients' Rights, an European Commission expert on European Structural and Investment Funds in Healthcare, and a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics, where he teaches strategic planning.Robert is a strong supporter of Social Dialogue. He has been taking an active part in the Tripartite Panel for Health to the Minister of Health, the Health Committees sessions of the Parliament and reforms-focused working groups. He is a co-founder of the Institute of Health and Democracy, which is a forum for dialogue on the public value in health care.By combining his passion as an aeroplane pilot with professional work, he shows analogies between aviation and health care in terms of safety culture, decision-making and cooperation.Robert received a diploma from the Warsaw University of Technology in the Essential Problems of Technology (MEL), defended his doctoral thesis in the 4th Division of Technical Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences and completed several postgraduate programmes including Medical Group Management (ACMPE) and Public Leadership (Harvard Kennedy School).
