Institute for Healthcare and Democracy was founded in 2013 by two experts in Healthcare and Social Dialogue Robert Mołdach and Grzegorz Ziemniak in response to the needs of customers looking for a strategic advise and operational support.
Healthcare is one of the most complex sectors of the economy in which economic interests are intertwined with social objectives. In which global financial flows intersect with individual spending on the health. In which patient views often differ from the perspective of the regulator. In which global communication can take the form of misinformation, while conscious patient decision is burdened with the asymmetry of knowledge.
For the two founders and the team it is an exciting area of holistic reflection, seeking balance, identifying optimal resources, sustainable bundle of gains. The Institute serves equally its customers as the stakeholders and patients. We do not undertake tasks that have broken this rule.
