ICAN trains and places assistance dogs with individuals with disabilities and provides foundational life skills to selected Indiana prison inmates through their experience as trainers. ICAN is the only ACCREDITED service dog training program in Indiana (accredited through Assistance Dog International). Since exposure to different environments is very limited in prisons, ICAN places the dogs with Furlough Volunteers to socialize and practice the dog's cues in public environments for multiple 3-8 week periods during their 2 years of training. Furlough Volunteers also monitor their dogs' health, encourage proper response to cues and report on a dog's behaviors and training needs to ICAN. Brownstown Electric Supply Company is a "utility only" supplier with its main office in Brownstown, Indiana, serving municipal, cooperative (REMC) and investor-owned utilities via multiple office and warehouse locations in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Illinois. I was hired to manage the conversion from Open Systems Accounting System (OSAS) to Open Systems Traverse. This included support and updates to the legacy system before and during conversion, scheduling, training, preparation of data for conversion, Traverse software install and updates, and determination/design of required enhancements. Post-implementation (1/1/2018), I provide ongoing Traverse software support and training on a part-time basis.

Develop and deliver training and implementation services for Open Systems (OSI) enterprise software for electric motor repair, wholesale distribution, job cost and other markets. Substantial experience with payroll for multi-state US and multi-province Canadian implementations, researching and writing formulas for taxes, voluntary deductions, employer expenses and verification of data conversions. Training and go-live support was delivered both on-site and remotely. 25-75% travel. OSI acquired Adaptive Business Solutions in 2014.
