• Managing multiple (3) annual budgets in excess in $14M+• Develop and execute full-service events (Rocket Mortgage Classic, Corporate, Media, Non-Profit Galas, etc.)• Hiring, training, supervising, and managing administrative and operational staff (salaried and hourly)• Implement large scale or personalized training and action plans for employees• Investigating and implementing industry trends to retain and attract clients• Develop budget and financial plans monthly (rolling 36 month forecast) to ensure metrics and goals are met• Negotiating long-term and event specific contracts with clients, vendors and suppliers to secure rates that achieve or exceed budgetary goals• Adhering to sanitization and safety standards while ensuring staff follows all appropriate protocols• Addressing performance issues or concerns with employees utilizing performance management tools• Forecasting and scheduling staff for events based on client needs and growth of business• Producing and maintaining event reports and databases to ensure accurate reporting• Resolving guest issues and ensuring client satisfaction• Traveling onsite to inspect ongoing event operations
