My position included memorizing the menu knowledge, cooking, prepping, making sure drivers were routed to their destination, catching and maintaining the oven, organizing orders for drivers to tqke and cleaning and organizing. This job is very simple and easy i was offered management 3 times in two different atore but declined due to lack of pay for extra work. However,I was the only insider in our company area to earn dollar raise on work ethic alone. I love everyone here and everyone loves me, I work hard for them so their job is easier. However it feels like my opportunities are limited and with my first baby boy on the way I must seek a more financially secure position.

Bolani is a vegan vegaterian company that involves traveling throughout California as a group working roadshows at Costco and Farmers Markets and whole foods. Duties incluced heavy lifting, stocking, unloading products, creating a good relationship with all of managers as a representation of the company, sales, working in a timely efficient fashion, cleaning, and Travel.

Greenheat Blue freeze is paychical therapy company that sells heat pads and cold packs for the body. This was another all commision job which was Costco sponsered. In this company you Don't travel in groups you travel on your own to different parts of california, stay at a hotel and work 10 day roashows. My job was to be extremely responsible. I arrive on the day of the show speak to managers to make sure my product was there and ready for me. I would get there very early in the morning set up the show and work the 10 days. I was required to demonstrate how to use the products so the customer ao realized the need of my product in their life and would hopefully buy it. I also trained a few people for the position as well. I really enjoyed this job because whether or not i was successful was up to me and being on my own allowed me to be and individual.

This job required a lot of memorization. My Customer service work ethic were already pretty honed in but now I had to quickly memorize all the different combinations of ingredients in order to whip up the best drinks possible. After about a week i knew how to make every drink on the menu including secret ones. I also learned to steam milk, clean and make the store look and feel good. Starbucks made me feel like not just a normal worker but and individual. I learned that there is a true personal connection you can have with the customers and that is valuable

This was my first sales job so I didn't know what to expect. It was an energy company based in New York which was commsion only and required traveling throughout the city knocking on doors. Here I awakened my natural sales abilities was able to surpass almost all of the other salesman. After 11-12 hours days walking by my own will and working hard for two months I was promoted to manager to lead my own team of four.

I was hired as a cashier for my positive energy and was quickly acknowledged by the crew as a reliable worker after one of the busiest days ive ever worked. My job included restocking, frequent cleaning, freshly cutting veggies as well as cleaning and dicing potatos. Customer service is one of my strongest qualities it only got better at In&Out
