In this role of vice president of business development is to develop and execute company sales and marketing plans, including implementing new ideas and tools for the company. It provide direction and planning for the company and oversee the workings of the company. As vice president of business development I will work closely with operations and management on a day to day basis.As Vice President of development I will help secure contracts with new customers, as well as manage ongoing contracts.

I also worked towards achieving zero incidents and harm.• Provided input into all stages of project mechanical completion, turnover and commissioning• Coordinating inspection requirements, NDT, hydro-testing and reinstatement of CWP’s• Ensuring all construction is in conformance with the approved Construction Work Package plans and specifications and that all work is conducted in accordance with permit procedure requirements and applicable codes and specifications• Track, resolve and assist engineering with Requests For Information from contractors• Manage deficiency lists, assist with completions and CSU to meet schedule milestones• Responsible for Site Service Contractor onsite• Performed final walk-downs of systems prior to Turnover, Care, Custody and Control

Tasked with finding ways to make the planning tasks consistent amongst the different areas throughout the refinery. Worked very close with all of my direct reports and mitigating any issues that would stop the production of planning.

Was responsible for the overseeing of all Capital Projects that were ongoing at ESJ Terminals. Duties included, maintaining manpower, project deliverables and safety for all of the projects. I was also responsible for the project budgets and schedule . Worked very closely with the Project Management team on engineering issues, RFI's and project controls.

I was assisting the Health and Safety Department in providing a Safe Culture at the refinery. This meant educating personnel on the good behaviours necessary to ensuring that the employees went home safely every evening.

I was the planner on various small capital projects. I looked after the estimating, kickoff, planning and scheduling of each project. I did daily reports on the different projects to show their status. I also looked after the master plan for our group.
