Maintain Oceanerring certification as a NAVSEA Note 5000 company which authorizes OII-MSD to remain one of a select group of private companies that conducts work within US Navy SubSafe and Scope of Certification boundaries. Manages programs related to maintaining compliance within these strict standards. Develop and deliver curriculum to students of LDO / CWO Academy. Additionally, I served as the Department Head for Technical Training. In this assignment I led twenty Sailors in the delivery of high risk training to over 2000 students with zero safety related incidents and no lost training days. These trainers included an aquatic training facility, a fire fighting facility and a shipboard damage control trainer. During this time I identified and developed required changes for the modernization project concerning the shipboard damage control trainer. During this tour the high risk training department was inspected by the Center for Naval Education and Training. I developed an iterative preparation plan which yielded superior results and zero major deficiencies,

Planned and managed work integration between ship's force, contractors and government repair facilities for over 4000 work packages.
