Technical Program Lead for engineering of AP1000 CRDMs (Control Rod Drive Mechanisms), with roles and responsibilities including:- Making and ensuring implementation of all technical decisions and leading direction of overall Engineering program, including design, analysis, testing, licensing, fabrication follow, etc.- Planning and managing schedule, budget, quality, risk, communications, human resources, etc. for a long-term, $3,000,000+ engineering program directing 5 full-time equivalents.- Authoring, reviewing, or verifying every AP1000 CRDM document, including: all specifications, calculations, drawings, reports, manuals, technical responses, vendor submittals, Requests for Information, Design Change Proposals, Engineering & Design Coordination Reports, Deviation Notices, etc.- Being the primary point of contact for foreign and domestic Customers, Regulators, and Suppliers.- Hosting audits and design reviews, provided training, and formulating responses to technical inquiries.Also led or supported similar work for Reactor Vessel Internals, Spent Fuel Storage Racks, and the Reactor System.Quality Improvement Team (QIT) member, Apparent Cause Analyst (ACA), and Root Cause Analysis Team Leader (RCA-TL).
