Facilitate execution of manufacturing activities for engineered pump and compressor systems used in industrial applications, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. Main tasks include:- Quickly resolving urgent technical, supply, routing, or any other issues delaying work activities associated with fabrication, welding, NDT, assembly, electrical, testing, or related work steps needed to produce and deliver integrated pump/compressor skids.- Working within JDEdwards (JDE) to produce Bills of Material (BOMs) and production route cards.- Using Siemens NX software to develop and evaluate 3D models of parts and assemblies.- Facilitating Lean and Six Sigma events and projects to increase safety, production/delivery rates, shop capacity, quality, and overall business profitability.- Determining and implementing corrective actions and driving for continuous improvement.

Work activities and responsibilities as site mechanical engineering team member included:- Interfacing with Chinese nationals and home office Engineers to resolve emergent site construction issues. - Authoring, reviewing, or verifying proposed solutions and dispositions covering a wide array of technical fields. - Living on site and being on-call as needed to support critical civil/mechanical construction activities.
