I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge in the Civil construction, electrical & telecommunications industry. I have been establishing and maintaining wire communications since 1979, where I began serving in the US. Army Signal Corps.After leaving the service, I served as a lineman and worked with various contractors in all aspects of Line Construction, as well as in various Telco and CATV companies. I received my contractors license in 1995 and shortly after I started my business. I am a hands-on kind of guy with 38 years’ experience in the field and as an owner of a company.Through my business I have received numerous awards including the Small Business Administration’s Award as the Region IX Veteran Small Business Champion of the Year out of 5 states and the Department of Veterans Affairs John K Lopez Award. I have sat on board for Cal-Vet, the state of California Department of Veterans Affairs DVBE Advisory Council, and served as advisory council member for the CPUC Council for DVBEs from 2016-2018
