As of rite now I expo, and help set up and work banquets, but it hasn't gotten busy yet, that will probably change.

I waited tables, ran for buffets, and did a lot of bartending at most of the schools in the Philadelphia area, (Drexel, Temple, St. Joe's, University of Pennsylvania. I also worked at Hilton, Pennsylvania convention center.

I set up banquets, read function sheets had autonomy in setting buffets and hors d'oeuvre stations, decorations as well, tables for functions were also set at my direction, I was also sent to bartending school at main line bartending by Green Valley Country Club to become their head bartender, my responsibilities include taking care of the memberships needs, ordering the beer and liquor when it got low and scheduling the other bartenders,I also expedited meals for kitchen made sure food was garnished and beautiful before being sent to customers in a timely manner, worked well with cooks and kitchen, and wait staff.
