For the past six years, I have been working a startup with my father in the concrete and asphalt industry. We are a one-stop-shop for most parking lot and road repairs. I have extensive experience in asphalt seal coating, infrared repairs, as well as laying asphalt driveways. Along with asphalt, I have experience in concrete forms, finishing, and preparing for stain and epoxy. My striping abilities have been recognized and praised by veterans in the industry. I have countless hours in paint removal with Graco grinders and sandblasting. Currently I am working for RPMx Construction where I manage projects and crews ensuring timelines are met for the general contractors for the site prep portion of projects. I've spent two years working door to door sales. I am continually enhancing my skills in the following :-Skid-steer and excavator operation-land clearing and excavation -Remodeling-Framing-Plumbing-Electrical-Septic systems-Car Detailing-SalesI am a people person. My outgoing personality and ability to make connections with the people I come in contact with have given me the upper hand in all aspects of my life, especially in work. I am a hard worker with a keen eye to detail.I am a quick learner and can excel in any task handed to me.While in high school I received the rank of Eagle in the Boy Scouts of America. I served a service-based mission for my church in the beautiful country of Ecuador. While I was there, I was able to serve in leadership positions teaching and training other missionaries. I learned how to work closely with other leaders to make sure everything was running smoothly in the mission. During my two years in Ecuador, I became proficient in the Spanish language.
