Citadel Broadcasting had aquired a second Country station. I was responsible for blending the sales staffs of the two Country stations who had previously been competitors. Sales and Marketing.

I built and was then responsible for maintaining the stations largest billing account list. Responsible for training and assisting with new sales staff.
