Service Desk Analyst
Current- Documents a vast range of layered, technical, and multifaceted issues ranging from straightforward to very complex - Provides top-notch technical customer service in addition to adhering to up-to-date security standards and procedures- Engages and notifies support team to answer questions and provide outage issues, wider affecting issues, and other important information in real-time- Responds to clients in an expedient matter through chats, emails, and phone calls to make sure issues are resolved in a timely matter- Teaches and trains newly hired associates through extended one-on-one shadowing sessions
