Transitioning Military member with over 23 years of Transportation Operation and Logistics Operations Management. Direct Supervisor for 22 fulltime staff members in the North Carolina Army National Guard Active Guard and Reserve (AGR) Program. I focus on personality management, leadership, long-term and short-range training plans and executive level briefings and reporting. I am a leader that focuses on the welfare of my Soldiers as well as the accomplishment of our missions. My leadership style focuses on being able to associate myself professionally and personally with members of my team. I believe in recognition of hard work and being flexible when members of my team need assistance or support. I do not see myself as a superior based on my position, rather a member of the team that is ultimately responsible for the actions and decisions made by the team as a whole.
