Active in the leasing and asset finance industry for over 45 years of which 20 years were as CEO of Bank owned subsidiaries in the UK and abroad. After a period with Lloyds and Scottish Finance and Hambros Bank I founded Williams and Glyn's Leasing Company Ltd in 1972 and in 1980 moved to the Netherlands where I was CEO of Nordic Leasing International BV with subsidiaries in 9 Countries. On return to UK in 1983 appointed to the Main Board of Union Discount Company of London plc.. Following retirement established a successful Consultancy business and also became Chairman of several companies.
