o Present purchase offers to the sellers for consideration.o Confer with escrow companies ,lenders, home inspectors and pest control operators to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.o Interview clients to determine what kinds of property they are seeking.o Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, title deeds and leases.o Coordinate property closing, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.o Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.

o Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits.o Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.o Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.o Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts.o Describe, explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.o Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.o Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns.
