Providing business consulting services to mining contractor & mining companies• Provided business development services to Golden Eagle Mining for development of the Geko gold open pit project. Facilitated resource upgrade to JORC 2012 compliance, DMP mining proposal, scoping study, bankable feasibility study and project management plan. • Prospectus preparation, successful R&D claim, tenement acquisitions, greenfield exploration programs, resource drilling campaigns and investigated lithium exploration opportunities.• Assisted Kin Mining with open pit gold mining proposal and vat leach operation for the Lewis gold project at Leonora.• Provided civil and mining contractor Texcom with marketing and contract estimating on various mining projects including iron ore and mineral sands, developed growth strategy for gold mining JV projects

I established Minepower earthmoving and contract mining company in 2004. Within 3 years, I was successful in securing $100M mining contract for Crescent Gold at the Laverton Gold Project. • Established a minerals exploration and resource development company with view to IPO.• Consolidated a package of highly prospective tenements covering over 400 km2. • Aim to acquire and develop attractively-priced and high-quality resource assets to generate shareholder value.• Created the roadmap to drill and develop assets to JORC-compliant status, pursuing the ultimate objective of developing the project into full-fledged mining operations.

Golden Stallion Resources was established in 2008 to provide management services covering a broad range, from geological exploration to mine planning and scheduling.I set up the company on identifying an opportunity to acquire the Minjar Gold Project for $12.5M. This project included a 600,000 tpa CIL plant, 113 mining, prospecting, and exploration tenements, and covered approximately 1,250 km2.One of my major wins in this project was to introduce a Chinese Mainland Entity as a funding partner, which was a necessity at the time due to the GFC impact on bank lending. The mine had been closed for several years – despite this challenge, it was producing gold within 12 months of acquisition. During this time, I organised equipment finance to the tune of $20M to kickstart operations.

As Director, I won contracts to deliver consulting and management services to various mining and contracting companies. In addition, I also developed the Megatruck business, and was involved in the research and development of a new generation mining haul truck.

I founded Nash Bros with brother Phil to deliver excellence in plant hire of equipment to clients within the agriculture and mining industries.

At the Pacer Mining Group, I re-engineered company operations, resulting in an increased turnover from $300k per month to over $2.5M. My key contributions included the implementation of OH&S, maintenance management, environmental management, and site-specific induction procedures. I also defined processes for job costing, purchasing, and financial reporting.
