We’re here to help businesses double in three years by offering access to coaching, financial, innovation and business development experts. GrowthAccelerator is a partnership between private enterprise and government and we aim to build a community of ambitious, like-minded entrepreneurs and high growth businesses that will drive growth for one another and for the wider economy.My role is to ensure that businesses with true growth potential in East Sussex and Kent benefit from GrowthAccelerator and that it delivers bespoke solutions to support a company to reach its full growth potential.Specific activities include:• Understanding the growth needs of a company• Agreeing their participation in GrowthAccelerator if they can demonstrate true growth potential• Co-developing a work package with them that will overcome key growth barriers• Selecting & introducing the most appropriate expert coach to deliver this work package• Monitoring service delivery and ensuring it is of the highest quality• Enabling clients to maximise the benefits GrowthAccelerator offers• Ensuring connectivity for businesses - bringing in other relevant expertise where required• Identifying follow on work necessary to continue the company’s growthIf you are a potential high growth company in East Sussex or Kent and are interested in becoming part of GrowthAccelerator please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.
