-Coordinating and sub-contracting technicians around the US and Canada to assist with installing data cables and assisting with diagnosing technical issues with POTs lines and paging systems as per my direction-Utilizing the Amazon Web Service infrastructure to provision our Hosted VoIP EC2 instances for any new customers that sign up for our Hosted Voice services and providing technical training on how to utilize the Yealink phones such as the T41, T46, T48, CP920, CP960, and W60P models -Creating custom scripts to tie into the Hosted VoIP EC2 instances to push call recordings to Amazon Transcription services to provide our customers a detailed call report on demand -Employing the Amazon WorkSpace environment to provide customers a more robust, highly available, and secure infrastructure to replace their aging and costly onsite infrastructure -Assisted with restoring client’s day to day and historical data ranging up to 1 TB from an onsite non-functional Windows 2008 server to the Amazon WorkSpace environment within a few days and provided training on how to use the new setup after the migration was completed Assisting customers with troubleshooting of the following: - Yealink phone issues including replacing non-functional phones, sound issues, and basic programming issues - Onsite Windows 7 and 10 PC issues ranging from not being able to print, issues connecting to the internet, viruses, issues with programs not working properly, and user error issues - IPN headset issues with the Yealink phones including the battery not charging and assisting with setup - Windows Server 2008 and diagnosing and removing viruses and malware and restoring the corrupted data by pulling the data down from Amazon S3 to the server via CloudBerry within a few hours - Modernized an aging and non-maintained door access system by architecting a highly available Amazon EC2 instance running Averics Unity

Assisting the Technology Services Department with any network issues that may arise. Keeping inventory of switches and access points and changing cables within a network closet. Oversaw student aides who assisted students to connect to the secured wireless and oversaw the updates and additions to the website(www.neiu.edu/quickconnect) that allowed students to connect to the secured wireless. Aided in setting up Universal Power Supplies and aided in changing the batteries and working with an outside company to assist in the upkeep of the systems.

Took weather measurements such as temperature, wind, evaporation, rain, snow, and liquid-snow ratio. Also took weather observations during the "Groundhogs Day" blizzard of 2011. Sent the data to the National Weather Service and reported it to the local residents to call in to check the weather.
