I have been building, managing and delivering software projects for over two decades and worked on a large number of projects from the largest to the smallest of clients. I was involved with building Ford’s Online Ordering System for F650, F750, and Low Cab Forward Trucks. This was a monumental task that integrated with Ford’s internal systems from end- to-end using various operating systems and technologies. It was delivered with great success, positively impacting Ford and its dealerships.STEP Software has delivered over 50 products to its clients since its inception, using a myriad of technologies to best meet the client’s needs. We have provided software that manages the sales lead process for one of the big three automakers, embedded software into cinema digital projectors to ensure that the film distributor received payment when to movie was decrypted, used Bluetooth to communicate with phones of our client’s potential customers, sold insurance policies online while providing after sales service and support, as well as managed the process from end to end for selling and dispensing propane through automated kiosks.We create software for the Windows PC, tablet, and phone, Apple’s MacOS and iOS products (Desktops, tablets, and mobile), Android devices, and Blackberry devices.I enjoy mentoring others and continuing to better myself both with software architecture and as a Director Of Technology. I am very proud of my excellent development team as well as my experience working with Fanshawe College and their excellent student co-op programs.
