Robert Nussbaum practices general commercial litigation and appears regularly in New Jersey's federal and state courts. A significant portion of Rob's practice involves the handling of construction-related matters for owners, contractors and suppliers, as well as the defense of personal injury and product liability actions. He is an active member of the Membership Committee of the Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association of New Jersey.In addition to defending clients in complex pieces of construction litigation, Rob has also defended wrongful death actions, numerous premises liability cases for private businesses and insurance companies, motor vehicle accident claims, and product liability actions brought against manufacturers and distributors of industrial equipment and commercial products. Rob also practices extensively in the area of collections.Rob has lectured numerous times on legal issues relating to social media and how social media and other electronic evidence may be admitted into evidence at trial. Rob serves and the managing editor of Trending Law Blog, a publication that explores the impact of social media on the law.
